Just a Day of Tea and Crochet

The day was perfect.  Sunshine, blue skies...

Geraniums in bloom...

Green tea and golden Oreo cookies (double stuff, of course).
Confession:  Okay, so I really had five cookies.  Who can eat just two?

And giving myself a crochet 'workout' to burn those Oreo calories.  My pink ripple blanket goes on and on (first posted here).  I'm calling it Forever and a Day because that's how long it will be before
I'm finished with it.

Hope you find some time to do something you love :-)

  1. I've never seen golden Oreos. Everything is looking ever so lovely in your corner of the world. Love that ripple! Great colors. That's a pattern I've not tried -- I have a feeling it would not be a ripple, but a tidal wave. :) Best wishes for the day, Tammy

  3. Don't you just love tea and flowers? Next to crochet, it's my favorite thing. I just finished 3 ripples for my grandkids for Xmas. Whew! So I am dabbling with a few patterns..I just need to be working on something.
